What this site is
Three Rivers Comfort covers furnace and air conditioning work in Fort Wayne: what a job involves, what it costs, and what to ask before you hire anyone. Then it puts you in touch with a local contractor for a quote.
This site doesn't do the work. The contractor is an independent business. They quote the job and do the work themselves.
What happens when you ask for quotes
- You fill in the form with your name, contact details, address and the job.
- Your details go to a local HVAC contractor serving your area.
- They contact you to ask questions and give you a quote. You decide whether to hire them.
Your details only get sent when you tick the consent box on the form. And you can ask us to delete them at any time.
How the site is paid for
Sending a request costs you nothing.
The contractor pays Three Rivers Comfort a fee for the requests we pass on. That's how the site pays for itself.
Who is responsible for the work
The contractor you hire quotes the price, does the work, and is responsible for it.
Before you agree to anything:
- Get a written quote.
- Check their Allen County license and insurance, where the work calls for them.
- Ask for references.
